The 11th China (Wuhu) Popularized Science Products Exposition was held in Wuhu city, East China's Anhui province on October 21, 2023.

He Junke, secretary of the leading Party members group, vice president in charge of daily work, and chief executive secretary of the Secretariat of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST),  Zhang Hongwen, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and vice governor of Anhui province, and Han Jun, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Anhui Provincial People's Congress and president of the Anhui Association for Science and Technology, visited the expo.

Themed "Focusing on the New Fields of Science Popularization and Serving the New Track of Scientific Innovation", the expo was comprised of multiple exhibition areas covering strategic technology, science education, digital science popularization, robots and artificial intelligence, among others.

Additionally, an exhibition area focusing on science popularization-themed cultural and innovation products was set up for the first time, to showcase China's new-generation crewed spacecraft and survey telescopes, as well as cutting-edge sci-tech exhibits in the fields of deep space exploration, fusion energy, and quantum information.

Interactive exhibits, making up 95 percent of the expo, offered a vivid demonstration of the achievements obtained by Anhui in scientific innovation and science popularization in the new era, drawing wide attention.

During the expo, high-end forums like the "Forum on Science Popularization Industry Development in the New Era", the "Forum on Science Education Development for the Youth", and the "Metaverse Reception Room" were held simultaneously, alongside a series of sideline activities such as reports by experts, science popularization project meetings, and campaigns to promote excellent science popularization products, to further broaden public participation in the science popularization-related practices.
