We will vigorously support and promote the establishment of international scientific and technological organizations in China, focus on frontier emerging interdisciplinary fields, and use international rules to attract international counterparts to build international exchange platforms. We will actively guide new international scientific and technological organizations to register and set up headquarters in China, actively push international scientific and technological organizations or their branches to set up headquarters or secretariats in China, and create new opportunities and conditions for the development of international scientific and technological organizations.
