National meeting on research facilities and financial support held in Beijing

On November 28 and 29, 2008, the Working Meeting on Research Facilities & Financial Support was held in Beijing. Wan Gang, Minister of Science and Technology, delivered a keynote speech on how to give impetus to innovation.

The meeting reviewed the 11th Five-Year Period, made deployment for 2009, and discussed the roadmap for the 12th Five Year against the current new situation.
