WSTDF 2024 sideline event: Wan Gang meets with representatives of American female scientists
China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) President Wan Gang met with American female scientists participating in the 2024 World Science and Technology Development Forum (WSTDF 2024) in Beijing on October 23, 2024. The gathering aimed to foster international scientific exchange and collaboration.
Accompanying President Wan Gang at the meeting were Xiang Qiao, CAST Vice President and a distinguished academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), and Cao Xiaofeng, Vice President of the China Women's Association for Science and Technology (CWAST) and an esteemed academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). The meeting highlighted the importance of women's contributions to the field of science and technology and explored avenues for further cooperation and advancement in these areas.
