World Robot Cooperation Organization (WRCO)

World Robot Cooperation Organization (WRCO) is a non-profit, non-governmental international organization founded in 2022 in Beijing, China, by a consortium of renowned institutions of higher education, research institutes, enterprises, and international organizations in the fields of robotics research and development, design, production, and applications. The first president of WRCO is Prof. QIAO Hong, respected academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and senior researcher at the Institute of Automation of the CAS.

Up until now, WRCO has members in more than 10 countries and regions around the world, including a number of representative international organizations and leading enterprises in the robotics industry, achieving deep integration across regions and cultures. Adhering to the vision of "Robot for Good" and the concept of "Openness, Cooperation and Win-Win", WRCO strives to build a leading international exchange and cooperation platform in the field of robotics, and works with its global members and more than 500 partners such as enterprises, universities and research institutes among its members to promote global innovation and sustainable development in the field of robotics, improve robotics technology for the benefit of mankind, and contribute to building a community of shared human destiny.
